Cell-free DNA Tube Dedicated protective fluid in the free DNA storage tube, which can fix blood cells, prevent the release of genomic DNA in blood cells, inhibit the degradation of free DNA, and maintain the overall stability of free DNA. Used for the collection, transport, preservation and handling of cell-free DNA acquired from venous blood specimen for following noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT), tumour detection and research, molecular diagnosis and detection of acute diseases clinical drug development and testing. Cells, including fetal cells, tumor cells, or cells from transplanted organs, release DNA into the blood stream. This DNA can be analyzed using PCR or next-generation sequencing to understand genetic characteristics of a developing fetus, a cancer tumor, or a transplanted organ from a blood draw. Molecular diagnostic tests using ccfDNA enable clinicians to gain actionable biological insights without a tissue biopsy or similar invasive test. EDTA K2 as an anticoagulant, combined with a specially formulated preservation solution without formaldehyde (formalin), can keep the physical and chemical properties of each component in the collected whole blood stable, prevent the occurrence of cell apoptosis, inhibit the activity of DNase, and maintain the stable existence of the existing free DNA in the plasma for up to 14 days. Samples storage at room temperature. | |||||
